No refunds or cancellation are given for the live-streamed version of the conference. Recordings of the conference are provided for your future engagement.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds: In-person Conference

No refunds will be granted after April 15, 2023, for in-person event.

The cost of registration for an in-person event includes a non-refundable processing fee of $95 per registrant.

You may send a substitute in your place if you cannot attend. Should you wish to transfer your registration to another person, instead of canceling, you may do so by calling the office at 651-523-1645 or email festival@luthersem.edu. There is no additional fee involved.

Should circumstances not allow you or a substitute to attend under any terms, cancel your registration by calling 651-523-1645 or festival@luthersem.edu. You will receive a refund for the in-person portion of the conference while still retaining access to the online recordings. 

Every effort is made to provide the listed schedule of events. Should a Speaker cancel due to  illness, or unforeseen emergency; the Festival will make every attempt to fill the allotted time with an appropriate substitute.

Should there be a bomb threat, terrorism, social disturbance or unrest, pandemic, structural collapse, loss of power, natural disaster: there will be no relocation, no rescheduling, no refunds or cancellations. All information concerning the details will be shared via email.
